These terms cover your use of this website. Using the site means you accept them.
What is on this site
We describe EGE’s programs, partnerships and results as accurately as we can. Some of what you read is a plan rather than something running today, and where that is the case the page says so. Nothing on this site is a promise of a place on a program, of employment, or of a particular outcome for a young person.
Forms and registrations
Completing a form on this site starts a conversation. It is not enrollment, it is not a booking, and it does not reserve a place. EGE will reply and confirm what happens next.
The Education Portal
Portal accounts are issued by EGE to named people. Do not share your sign in details. Course material in the portal is EGE’s, provided for your own learning, and is not to be redistributed. EGE can withdraw access.
Donations
Donations are processed by Zeffy under its own terms. EGE is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and gifts are tax deductible to the extent the law allows. A receipt comes from the donation process itself. Donations are not refundable as a matter of course, but if something has gone wrong, contact us and we will put it right.
Our content
The text, photographs, logo and design on this site belong to EGE Foundation or are used with permission. The photographs are of real young people, families and partners. Do not copy or reuse them. If you want to use something, ask.
Your content
If you send us something through this site, you keep it. You are giving EGE permission to use it for the purpose you sent it for.
Links out
We link to partners, funders, news coverage and Zeffy. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for them.
Availability
We aim to keep this site up and correct. We cannot promise it will never be unavailable, and we cannot accept liability for a decision made purely on the basis of a page here. If something matters, ask us and we will confirm it.

EGE Foundation is based in Sacramento, California, and California law applies.
